The Council of International Investigators (CII) consists of an elite group of investigators from all seven continents who are thoroughly vetted and the owners and operators of their agencies. The Council exists to disseminate information relating to the proper and appropriate standards and practices, operates ethically and with integrity, and supports only the highest quality professionals in the investigative industry.
International Intelligence Network (INTELLENET) is a world-wide network of investigators and security consultants. Our selective membership is restricted to individuals with extensive experience in law enforcement, intelligence or private security. We offer an assortment of diversified services, and operational scopes are virtually unlimited throughout the U.S. and abroad. Our members represent some of the finest investigators available in the world, and many are retired or former government agents from the highest echelons of both military and civilian elements.
The National Council of Investigation and Security Services, Inc., is a cooperative effort of those companies and associations responsible for providing private security and investigation services to the legal profession, business community, government and the public. Each day we find an increasing number of problems confronting the orderly growth of our profession. These problems include, among others: overly restrictive legislation regarding training and standards, proliferation of legislation requiring local licensing, public misunderstanding and misinformation on the role and contribution of private investigators and security services, and an uninformed media. It is the role of NCISS to meet and solve these problems while seeking to uncover and recommend action on any hidden potential problems that may have an effect on our profession.
The National Association of Investigative Specialist (NAIS) promotes professionalism in the industry and conducts various educational seminars. Additionally, NAIS provides educational materials to the private investigative and detective industry.
The United States Association of Professional Investigators is the only National organization representing the interests of all Professional Investigators. USAPI offers training and certification to all professional investigators. Members receive benefits such as discounts on Avis car rentals, PI Magazine as well as health and other insurances being available.
The Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts, Inc. (LPDAM) consists of a majority of the licensed investigators within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The association philosophy is to promote professionalism in the private investigative industry and to safeguard those who are qualified, professional licensed investigators within their jurisdiction.
