Jay Groob appointed 1st Vice President at CII Annual General Meeting in Arlington, VA.

Mr. Jay Groob, Managing Director of American Investigative Services, Inc. (AIS) of Boston, MA, was appointed 1st Vice President and Northeast Regional Director of the Council of International Investigators (CII), at the AGM2004 held in Arlington, VA. The Council of International Investigators is an elite organization of private investigators that include officers from Scotland Yard, the FBI and Interpol.
