Handwriting Analysis
One bad hire can collapse your empire.
As hard as employers try to protect themselves through criminal background checks, credit checks, drug testing, DMV checks, resume/reference checks, multiple personal interviews, and psychometric testing, job applicants with serious character flaws still manage to breach the employment gates.
AIS is pleased to introduce a vetting technology that accurately and economically determines which applicants are prone to commit
VIOLENCE
HARASSMENT
SABOTAGE
THEFT
while working for some unsuspecting employer.
This vetting technology, when combined with comprehensive background checks, efficiently and effectively excludes most bad hires . . . and virtually eliminates all really bad hires.
Hiring the wrong individuals can hurt your company's bottom line with high turnover, sexual harassment suits, wrongful termination suits, loss of sales, damage to brand/reputation, employee theft/embezzlement, employee violence and bullying, and outright sabotage.
While there are hundreds of pre-employment psychometric tests, they are all based on some type of question and answer test which allows the candidate to manipulate their answers to hide their deficiencies. Therefore, these tests cannot accurately determine if the applicant is violent, vindictive, untrustworthy, disloyal, anti-social, uncooperative, unreliable, or a bully, rumor monger, drug dealer, thief, saboteur or rapist.
AIS uses a unique psychometric assessment which, by design, does not in any way discriminate on age, race, ethnicity or gender. Of equal importance is that this screening tool assigns a numeric character risk score that cannot be manipulated by the candidate. The assessment accurately and objectively determines the candidate's intelligence, motivation, trustworthiness, work skills, people skills, self-confidence, tenacity, conscientiousness and post-employment loyalty – all of which factor in to determine the risk score.
